By purchasing from Gift Linx ABN 58 942 838 309, you are indicating acceptance of our policies as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Gift Linx supplies corporate gifting solutions directly to other businesses, as well as gifts for all occasions direct to consumers.

Ordering and Supply of Gifts

Clients may order gifts through either our Camden or Dural offices via phone, in person or in writing via email.

All orders are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Gift Linx reserves the right to accept or decline an order in whole or in part. Order acceptance may be delivered to the client verbally or in writing. Upon an order being accepted by Gift Linx, a purchase orders will result for the supply of the gifts ordered.

Gift Linx endeavours to ensure all information on their website and other advertised media is correct, complete and accurate. Gift Linx reserves the right to amend and update our information and products at any time without prior notice.

All gift items listed on our website and elsewhere are subject to availability.

At times, our suppliers may change their product packaging or labels including colours. Gift Linx holds no responsibility for these changes and these changes may not be updated on our website.

Cancellation, Replacement or Refund of an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Gift Linx immediately by phone. Once orders have been prepared and assembled, cancellation is at the discretion of Gift Linx.

Gift Linx does not offer any form of cancellation or variation once gifts have been dispatched.

Gift Linx takes all care to ensure your hampers are received in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that a gift arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Gift Linx via phone or email to discuss and arrange appropriate solutions.

Our team take pride in our gifts and want you to be happy with your purchases. In the unlikely event that we cannot reconcile a dispute, a refund may be offered at the discretion of a Gift Linx consultant. Refunds will be credited back to the account originally used for the purchase.

Item Substitution

Occasionally, some of our products may be out of stock. Gift Linx reserves the right to substitute a product for another similar product of similar value and quality.

Purchase of Liquor

Gift Linx supports the responsible service of alcohol. By placing an order containing alcohol, you are confirming that you are aged 18 years or over. For all gifts with alcohol included, it is a legal requirement that both the purchaser and the recipient is aged over 18 years.

Proof of identification may be requested.


All prices are advertised and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise indicated.

Product Safety

Some of our gifts do include sharp objects. Our gifts contain small warning labels to ensure that the gift recipient is aware of this. We ask our clients to practice appropriate care when using and storing their knives.

WARNING! - Knives are extremely sharp. These knives should only be used with the utmost care and kept away from the reach of children and minors. Knives should only be used for kitchen cutting on an appropriate surface. Gift Linx is not responsible for any injuries resulting from the use or misuse of the knives we supply.

Delivery and Shipping Information

Gift Linx will make arrangements to have your gifts delivered or collected in a manner deemed fit based on nominated delivery address, type of gift, timeframe required etc. Deliveries are typically made during business hours Monday to Friday.

Delivery will be charged at the advertised price on the Gift Linx website at $14.95 standard delivery flat rate across Australia or $24.95 for express delivery. Delivery charges will be advised to you for custom gifting quotes. Gift Linx reserves the right to charges additional fees for heavy and bulky deliveries as well as to difficult delivery addresses.

Once you place an order with our team or online, we will have your gifts shipped as quickly as possible. Typical processing time is 3 days. Shipping timeframes are dependent on location with typical timeframes being Metro NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC: 3-5 days. Metro SA, WA, TAS and NT: 5-10 days for standard delivery.

If the nominated delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, gifts may be left in a safe place as determined by the carrier. If no safe place is found, the carrier may return the gift to Gift Linx and a redelivery fee will be applied.

It is the responsibility of the client to provide a correct and accurate delivery address for the gift. Failure to do so may incur re-delivery fees.

Signature on delivery services are currently unavailable due to COVID safe practices. Therefore, photographic evidence and/or delivery records from our carrier will be used as evidence of delivery.

At Gift Linx we aim to provide a timely and efficient gift delivery service. At times, delivery estimates may incur a delay that is beyond the control of Gift Linx and their staff. Gift Linx will not be liable to the client for any costs incurred, loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by a delivery delay.

To the maximum extent permissible by law, Gift Linx will not be held liable for the property damage, personal injury or death caused directly or indirectly by loading, unloading and delivery of gifts.

Product Quality

Once the client obtains possession of the gifts, the quality control, deterioration and presentation of the gifts is the responsibility of the client. Gift Linx will not be held responsible for loss or damages while the gifts are in the clients possession.


Gift Linx will dispatch gifts to the nominated delivery address once payments have been made in full and funds have been received by Gift Linx into their nominated account.
